Quality of Manuscript: We are a reputable printer and only publish quality books that people will find interesting.  If your book is poorly rewritten or (PLR) private label right articles we cannot accept it for publishing.  In this case a refund of $100 will be provided and your book will not be published or marketed.

Language: I only speak English so can only review manuscripts written in English.

Listings: Amazon, B&N, Google Books, online web sites and bookstores etc. decide which books they wish to list and sell.  We can only submit them.  Amazon accepts the vast majority of books.  Where we cannot obtain a listing on regional Amazons - we will list them on our Amazon.co.uk Advantage account for you.  Listing on Google Books is optional but no refund will be provided if the option is not taken up.

Royalties: These vary from company to company.  Amazon typically charges 60% so you should price your books appropriately.  We will collect the money on your behalf and will charge a 4% handling charge to transfer the money to your PayPal account. This reflects PayPal charges.  Where we use our Amazon Advantage account for your books, we need to physically mail the books to Amazon as well as deal with returns.  We will thus charge a 6% handling charge.  All royalties are usually paid 2 months in arears.  We will forward your money within 7 working days of this payment and usually within a few days.

Articles: We strive to write articles on most subjects but if your subject area is obscure or highly specialised we may not be able to.  In this case we will refund your money.  Articles will be submitted to EzineArticles.com, ArticlesHut.com and ArticlesCity.com

Tax: You are responsible for your own taxes.  We will send you transaction form with each royalty as well as notify you of books held in Amazon Advantage's warehouse.  Payments are not made by any seller, including Amazon Advantage, until your book is sold.

Extra Books: If you require extra books we will send them to you at cost price plus postage costs.  We will advise you of these costs when we purchase your 3 books for you.  The cost is likely to be at 40% of the sales price, plus postage.

Legal: We accept absolutely NO responsibility for any legal problems you may have with your book or with it's marketing.  This includes slander, libel and copyright.
